Here at SALTEK, we live actively and there is never a dull moment with us. We are building a great team ourselves. We don't want to be united only by work, but also by shared experiences. Over time, we have built several traditional events that we organize every year. And because we enjoy joint events, we have created our own WE for US program, through which we enjoy a variety of cultural, social and sports events devised by our colleagues for other employees.

  • Regularly every year

    Regular team events divide the whole year nicely, so there is always something to look forward to. We start the year with a bowling tournament, continue with a barbecue party to welcome summer, an autumn bike ride with a tasting of local wines, an autumn bowling tournament and end the year in style at a Christmas party. Regular events also include an autumn hike not only on the Czech hills, where we also invite our families and loved ones.

  • WE for US

    The WE for US corporate grant program gives all our employees the opportunity to design events for themselves and their colleagues. Whether it's culture, sport or another activity that interests us. We will design the event, connect with our colleagues and, under the auspices of the program and financial support of the company, we will just go. In this way, we create new and new experiences, get to know colleagues outside of work and do what makes us happy.

  • Relaxation at the workplace

    Sometimes you need to relax at work, look at a problem in a different way, or just stretch a little. In addition to the usual options such as darts, football or a relaxation corner with a couch, we also have our own climbing wall at SALTEK. It is freely accessible to all our employees, and on weekends they can also invite friends or family to spend an active weekend with their loved ones.
